Arizona Consumer Law Group handled my bankruptcy. They were patient, professional, and easy to work with; Filing could be a nightmare but I never felt scared to reach out and ask a question and everything went smoothly throughout a lengthy process. Ultimately, I'm happy I chose this group.

Nothing about bankruptcy is easy but the Arizona consumer Law Group was very clear about each step I needed to take. Utilizing their expertise was something I felt was necessary and it made my experience so much better with the process than if I hadn't had their help. I was so blessed to find AZ Consumer Law Group PLC at a very stressful time with credit card debt. I attempted to do a debt resolution with my creditors, tried for 6 months and they would not sign on, kept getting harassing cal!s, texts, voice mails and emails. In the mean time my debt was GROWING from interest charges.I found John Skiba's law firm with Jean Springer, paralegat, best thing I did. The got all contacts from creditors stopped immediately. I sent all requested documents they ask for, did all the required classes and was done. Very affordable as well, for piece of mind.😘😘😘😘😘

At the end of 2025, I found myself in a legal problem with a credit card company. It is bad when you don't know how to proceed and nobody gives you any advice. I was lucky to be referred to this Law group, I sent an email, they called me back, I told them what I needed, and they did all the rest. Today, the problem has been addressed, and I got a deal I can work with to finalize the chapter. Thank you!

If you live in Arizona and need to file personal bankruptcy this by far the best law firm. I went on their website and scheduled a free consult. The next day I had a 1 hour consult with Managing Attorney, John Skiba. John was extremely experienced, proffesional, and knowledgeable. He was able to clearly explain the entire process. In addition, I was assigned a paralegal to help with paperwork. The firm uses a portal called Clio where i was easily able to communicate with the entire team, and send and receive documents. Within 2 weeks my Chapter 7 case was filed which instantly stopped all creditor collection activity. About 30 days after filing we had the Creditors Meeting which was less than a 10 minute zoom call and John was on the call representing me. My case should be discharged just over 90 days from filing. Everyone i dealt with at ACLG was extremely competent, professional, and compassionate. As far as payment for legal fees, i was given the total fees upfront and then was allowed to pay over 12 very reasonable monthly payments. Every aspect of my experience was “Five-Star”. I have dealt with multiple Bankruptcy Law Firms and Arizona Consumer Law Group is clearly the best.

Found them on YouTube and realized that they also happened to be in Arizona. They made it very easy for me. They Offered a payment plan and the process to get started was very quick. I wish I’d found them instead of the last person… the last attorney told me to stop paying stuff immediately but wanted almost double the price that Consumer Law Group quoted me, and all upfront. I wish I’d found them sooner, as it would have saved me from a year’s worth of missed payments. They are also extremely understanding and nice people, not the stereotypical cold heartless law group.
